A crutial heart-to-heart

After the incident involving his foot getting stuck on a train tracks, avoiding getting ran over a train, interfering in an international parachute race and nearly getting trapped by one of the Badniks, whom was (poorly) disguised as a little girl, Marcis finally caught up to Ryan, who believed to have stepped in some kind of gum that caused him to be as fast as him.

Ryan: Marcus, why must when I have something I always wanted, more than anything else, something goes wrong?

Marcus: You're just not ready for what you wanted most. But I know that eventually, you really will be. You might even become as fast as me.

Ryan: I guess; No hurry, though.

Marcus: But even if you won't be as fast as me, you're still the greatest; a great fighter, a great guy and above all, one of the greatest friends I could ever hope for.
